Should I get my current computer upgraded or just buy a new one?
Computers basically have a life expectancy of 3 to 8 years (laptops have a shorter life span). If you purchased your computer new within the last 3 to 6 years, it's likely it can be upgraded, but if it's older, you are most likely better served spending your money on a new machine. Call us for details and we'll review your unique situation and give you a straight answer.
Will my information be safe if I let you take my computer or remotely connect to it over the Internet?
We only use the safest and most secure technologies in our servicing of your computer. We only have access to your computer when you explicitly give us access from your computer. Furthermore, we don't share your information with anyone outside of Midwest PROTECH. We don't keep any of your personal information on our laptop computers.
