Our reps are equipped with mobile tools and many upgrade parts to perform many repairs and services on-site.

Is on-site service right for you?

Some repair processes are best handled in the shop. However, here are some issues that are best handled on-site:

Issues with installed printers, broadband modems & routers
If you're not comfortable disconnecting all the peripherals from your computers and bringing it into our shop
Wireless network connectivity issues
Concerns regarding the sensitivity of your data. We take utmost care, but we understand your concerns and want you to be comfortable.
Business sensitive hardware that can't be "down" for any length of time

Call us to find out when we can be in your area, usually we are able to provide service within one business day and many times the same day - at no additional charge!

There are no additional charges or travel fees for on-site service. For residential service calls, we simply ask for a two hour minimum for on-site service.
