We always provide a no pressure complimentary phone or in-shop consultation to understand your issue completely, then give you an estimate as to how long it will take to resolve. All our work is completely documented for you and we'll always explain any service we perform. If the service needed is more that you hoped to spend on a repair, we'll give you options - even if that means you buy a computer from someone else, we'll always steer you in the right direction.

Our No-Nonsense Pricing

We bill on an hourly basis for all business and residential services. All service is quoted up front and we always give firm estimates so you'll have peace of mind throughout the entire repair process - with no surprises or hidden charges!

Hourly rate for computer & network services

$89 per hour

Typical billed time for an individual residential or small business computer repair, virus removal, printer installation, new PC setup, etc.:

30 minutes to 1.5 hours

It's very rare for an in-shop service call to exceed 1.5 hours with most averaging about an hour. Call us for a quick consult and estimate so we can determine the best way to help you!
